A 6 page paper which examines the
feminine perspective and the material perspective in film, as well as one television show.
The works discussed in regards to the feminine approach are “Babette’s Feast,” “Top
Gun,” “Sanjuro,” and “The Birds.” The materialism perspective discusses “City Lights,”
“Citizen Kane,” “O Brother, Where Art Thou,” and the Miami Vice episode titled “Trust
Fund Pirates.” Bibliography lists 9 sources.
